Logo, visual identity or full branding: what it costs
What each branding level includes and when a smaller one is enough.
Three branding levels
| Level | Range (EUR) | What it includes |
|---|---|---|
| Logo | 150 – 1.500 | logo in web and print variants |
| Visual identity | 500 – 3.000 | logo, colours, typography, basic materials (business cards, letterhead, social) |
| Full branding package + manual | 2.000 – 6.000 | brand strategy, identity, usage manual, applications on materials |
When a logo is enough
A logo is enough for a sole trader or small firm that is starting out, with a limited budget and few communication materials.
When you need a visual identity
Choose a visual identity when you communicate across several channels (website, social media, print) and want a consistent look everywhere.
When to invest in a full package
The full package with a manual makes sense for growing companies, with several teams or partners using the brand and needing clear usage rules.
All amounts are in EUR, excluding VAT, indicative (market ranges in Romania). The final quote depends on goals, number of pages, features, content and integrations.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How much does a logo cost?
Between EUR 150 and 1,500, excluding VAT, depending on complexity and the number of variants delivered. A full visual identity costs between EUR 500 and 3,000, and a full package with a manual between EUR 2,000 and 6,000.
How long does it take to make a logo?
Indicatively 2–4 weeks for a logo and 4–8 for a visual identity, depending on the number of feedback rounds and how quickly we receive materials. We do not promise a fixed deadline.
What do I need to provide for a logo?
The company name, the target audience, examples of styles you like or dislike, the field of activity, where the logo will be used, and one person who gives feedback in each round.
How much does a logo cost per month?
Nothing. A logo is a one-off payment with no subscription. Recurring costs apply only to the website (hosting, domain, maintenance), not to the logo.
What is the process for making a logo?
Discussion and positioning, design directions, choosing a direction, refinement in feedback rounds, then delivery of the logo in variants and formats for web and print.
What is the difference between a logo and a visual identity?
A logo is a graphic mark. A visual identity also includes colours, typography and basic materials, for a consistent look.
What is a brand manual?
A document with rules for using the logo, colours and fonts, useful when several teams or partners use the brand.
