Who processes the data

What data we collect
When you submit the contact form: your name, email, phone number (optional), the service of interest and your message. With your consent, through analytics cookies: data about pages visited and interactions, in aggregated form.
Why we use it
To answer your request (taking steps at your request before entering into a contract) and, with your consent, to understand which pages are useful and improve the website.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept as long as needed to reply and follow the collaboration, then deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is kept according to the settings of the tools used.
Who we share it with
Data may be processed by providers that help us operate the website: hosting, email and analytics (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, only after consent). We do not sell data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
